The health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. In response to COVID-19 we have implemented the following policies in order to ensure your safety while you stay with us.
- Once checked in you will have exclusive access to your room. No member of staff will enter your room unless you request a bed change, which we are happy to do for you.
- We have removed any additional decorative items such as cushions and blankets for the time being.
- If you would like a clean towel, please leave them outside your room and we will replace them.
- If you require additional tea and coffee making facilities, please leave your tray outside your room and it will be restocked.
- All our mugs and glasses are cleaned in a dishwasher between guests.
- Due to covid19 we are unable to offer breakfast on-site at this time, however we are working on options which should be ready in the near future.
- We ask that you are considerate of other guests and try and ensure the 2-metre social distancing rule is observed.
